Safety, relief valve is used to protect the installation against the effects of excessive pressure increase. It has a variable setting in the range of 0.05 – 1.0 MPa. It has a metal/metal seal, which means it can operate at high temperatures, e.g. in solar installations. The body, piston and spindle are made of CW 617N brass, spring: C72 carbon steel.
