Automatic differential pressure control valve

CODE: 767

Balancing valve designed for automatic regulation of the differential pressure between two points in the installation. The flow through each branch of the installation may vary depending on the local heat demand. As the flow value depends on Δp, the main task of Cim 767 is to maintain a constant nominal flow through the currently operating receivers, regardless of whether the other receivers are partially or completely closed.

  • Flexible regulation and stabilization of the set Δp at the beginning and end of the installation circuit.
  • Differential pressure measurement via measuring ports on the valve.
  • Reduction of acoustic noise when the installation is in overpressure conditions.
  • Reducing installation balancing costs, increasing energy savings, increasing comfort of use.
  • Easy flushing of the installation thanks to a quick and simple method of removing the adjusting insert from the valve body.
  • Reduction of installation due to the compact design of the valve and the lack of requirements for straight pipe sections at the connection to obtain linear flow.
